Position Overview:
As aGrowth & Product Marketerat Haiper, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing marketing strategies to promote our leading-edge products and solutions. You will work closely with our internal teams to create compelling brand campaigns, drive user adoption, revenue, and establish Haiper as a thought leader in the Generative AI space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product marketing: Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies based on product's vision and target goals
- User Growth: Define and grow B2C KPIs, including, but not limited to: free user sign-ups, engagement, retention, paid sign-ups
- Content operation: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging marketing content, such as blog posts, case studies, and social media influencer content, to drive adoption and subscriptions
- Social media& SEMmarketing: Plan and implement demand generation campaigns across various channels
- Data analysis: Analyze marketing campaigns for effectiveness, and optimize strategies using the latest tools (Feel free to suggest your favorite tools!)
- Marketing research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the Generative AI space. Present findings and opportunities to grow the product to meet market demand and trends.
- Operational Efficiency: Establish a marketing operation mechanism internally, enhancing the team's marketing impact
- [Future] Enterprise Revenue growth: Create compelling campaigns that target B2B Enterprises to help drive revenue with traditional and innovative marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in product marketing, particularly in AI products or technology
- Proven track record of data-driven campaigns that exceeded KPI targets
- Data-driven mindset with experience in establishing frameworks that include benchmarks and targets to measure ROI
- Project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns for maximum impact
- Excellent cross-functional internal communication, strong ability to establish relationships with technical team members as well as business colleagues
- Experience working with start-ups to drive meaningful impact in a rapid timeframe
- Deep understanding of Generative AI is preferred, but not essential
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
